Manchester-based Chloe Foy has found creditable praise from high profile admirers like Steve Lamacq and NPR, whilst edging closer to the 10 million streams mark on Spotify. Listen to her latest single ‘Oh You Are Not Well’ and it’s quite easy to understand why. Foy demonstrates a vocal strength close to that of Laura Marling and boasts a strangely enchanting charisma in her sound. The track is a bewitching, at times almost druid-life folk song that cunningly sits somewhere between loud and quiet, fiery and charming.
