Amsterdam’s newfound garage queen Pip Blom may only be 20 years old, but that hasn’t stopped her from making waves on the scene with her lo-fi sound. Don’t miss the excellent-as-always Goda Tungl as support for those math-pop vibes.

Dundee quartet Vladimir are helping to boost awareness of Scotland’s indie music scene with a gig at Salford’s Old Pint Pot on Friday. With songs jammed full of melancholy vocals and that dreamy DIIV-style guitar, this one’s not to be missed. Keep your fingers crossed that they play their cover of Nuxx’s ‘Born Slippy’.

Hausfrau and Current Affairs bring a slice of Glasgow to Fallow Cafe on Sunday; the former a beautifully dark synth project from Claudia Nova, the latter a post-punk/death-rock mashup featuring members of ShoppingAnxiety and Kaspar Hauser.
